Information you provide
When you submit a form on this site, such as a contact form, home valuation request or property alert sign-up, we collect the information you enter, which may include your name, email address, phone number, property address and message. This information is sent by email to Edward Ferenczi, kept in our client records, and used only to respond to your request and provide real estate services.
Accounts, favorites and search activity
If you create an account on the property search, we store your name, email, phone number, an encrypted password, the homes you save as favorites, your saved searches and your email preferences. To help us serve you, we also record activity on this site, such as the searches you run and the listings you view, and connect it to your account once you sign up. This uses a cookie that identifies your browser. You can see your favorites and saved searches any time under My Homes.
If you saved a search with email alerts, we email you new listings that match. Every alert email has an unsubscribe link, and you can turn alerts off in your account.
To have your account and activity history deleted, email Ed@EdSellsMiami.com.
We do not sell your information
Your information is not sold, rented or traded. It may be shared only as needed to provide the services you ask for, for example with a lender or title company you choose to work with, or as required by law.
